Want to go on an epic adventure, but your friends aren’t willing to do it?
Join us for an 8-day hosted adventure through Arizona, designed especially for queer travelers and allies who are ready for something wild but don’t want to do it alone. This trip includes 4 nights camping in Havasupai and 1 night kayaking and sleeping on the Colorado River near Horseshoe Bend.
From the moment you land, the logistics are handled. I will guide us from the airport and throughout the trip, coordinate hotel lodging before the trek, manage key reservations and permits, and guide the group into the canyon and back.
In Havasupai, we’ll hike to turquoise waterfalls, camp under the desert stars, and explore one of the most unique landscapes in the Southwest. I will help with camp setup, group flow, photography, and creating space for shared meals, conversations, games, and new connections.
This trip is built for queer folks and allies who want a welcoming, organized outdoor adventure with like-minded people — without having to convince their friends, plan every detail, or go solo.
After the canyon, we’ll continue to Horseshoe Bend for an overnight kayaking trip on the Colorado River, where we’ll paddle through the canyon and camp riverside for the night. It will just be us, the river, and 1000 canyon walls! Watch the sun set over the red cliffs and fall asleep with the river. On this part of the adventure we will get boated upriver, near the Hoover Dam and flow downriver at whatever pace we want (paddling, or just flowing with the current). It's ment to be a relaxing end to a rigorous hike.
This is an 8-day adventure filled with waterfalls, canyon hikes, river views, camping, kayaking, and new memories with a group that’s just crazy enough to say yes!!
